Overlooking North Sound, Biras Creek is home to 31 suites and has a fantastic restaurant whose menu emphasizes light cuisine and fresh produce.
BREAKFAST
Breakfast is served from 8am to 10am in our Hilltop Restaurant over looking the North Sound as well as the Atlantic Ocean. Breakfast consist a selection of fresh fruit, homemade breads, croissants, musilie, through to full English breakfast with specials of the day such as Caribbean Salt fish and Sweet corn Patties with Chive Sour Cream and Warm Banana Fritters with a Caramel Sauce and Lime. For those how have dietary needs we have wheat free cereals and Soymilk.
LUNCH
For those who can’t bear to leave the beach for a moment, we serve a BBQ Lunch at the beach 5 days a week from 1pm –2pm. Our BBQ lunches are freshly prepared with a different selection of Salads, Desserts and Condiments each day. From the grilled, fish of the day, a daily selection of either Beef, Pork, Veal, Burgers, Kebabs, Chicken, seafood and Ribs.
The other 2 days a light a` la Cart bar/lunch menu is served at the Hilltop restaurant/bar complemented by one of our bartender’s “Cool Cocktails”. Below is a selection of the dishes offered on the a` la Carte bar/lunch menu.
All thirty-one suites are located along Berchers Bay on the Atlantic side of the 140 acre estate and feature a sitting room, separate air-conditioned bedroom, outdoor showers, ceiling fans, direct dial telephone with data port, CD player, refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, in-room safe, furnished verandah, and bicycles for touring the property.
All Suites have king beds, unless twin beds (two single beds) are specified. Three interconnecting suites are available to make two-bedroom, two-bathroom suites.
